Below is a graph showing changes in sales of Apple (gray), Vivo (blue), and OPPO (green) from the 39th week to the 52nd week of 2021. Looking at the graph, Apple recorded the number one sales volume in the 39th week when the iPhone 13 series appeared, and although it declined after that, it has maintained the number one position with a big difference between Vivo and OPPO after the 47th week. Counterpoint research analyst Mengmeng Zhang said of Apple's breakthrough in the Chinese market: 'The iPhone 13 series was successful because it was relatively cheap at the time of its introduction, with a new camera and 5G communication capabilities. Huawei, Apple's major competitor in the premium market, faced a decline in sales as it continued to be sanctioned by the United States. '

In addition, Counterpoint reports the model-specific sales share of the iPhone 13 series in the 2021 Chinese market. According to reports, the iPhone 13 (51%) was the most sold in China in 2021, with the iPhone 13 Pro Max (23%) in second place, the iPhone 13 Pro (21%) in third place, and the iPhone in fourth place. With 13 mini (5%), the low popularity of the iPhone 13 mini, which is a small terminal, is highlighted.
